Disclaimer: What You Should Know

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at cmghost.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Cmghost Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider and never by Cmghost Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area when you need one. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

For General Information

What you read on this site is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one yard may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, your location, tree size, access, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

Insurance remarks on this site are general. We cannot say whether your policy covers a loss, because that depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Reach out to your insurer or agent with coverage questions.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep well back from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Cmghost Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
