What Happens on the Call
The first conversation is short. Expect questions like these:
- Where is the tree, and how big is it?
- Is it near the house, a fence or power lines?
- Did a storm cause the problem, or has it built up over time?
- Is anything blocked or damaged right now?
Your answers help us route your request to a provider who handles that kind of job. Then the provider contacts you to talk about timing and set up a visit if needed. Availability differs from one provider to the next, and many providers can respond quickly when a tree is blocking a driveway or resting on a roof.
What to Ask a Provider
A good conversation saves trouble later. Consider asking:
- Are you licensed and insured for tree work here?
- Will you give me a written quote that lists everything?
- Does the price include cleanup and hauling?
- Do you offer stump grinding, and is it priced separately?
